Catherine Madison's Blinding Spell
This Spell was used by Amy's mother Catherine in "The Witch to blind Cordelia. She used a voo-doo doll, wrapped Cordelia's scrunchi around the dolls head, and then dropped it in the cauldron pot while saying these words:
Catherine: Give me the power. Give me the dark. I call on you, the laughing gods. Let your blackness crawl beneath my skin. Accept this sacrifice... of Cordelia. Feed on her.
Catherine Madison's Imprisonment Spell
This spell was used by Catherine Madison at the end of "The Witch". She was trying to imprison Buffy somewhere where she could never escape. Fortunately, Buffy kicked the mirror down, and the spell affected Catherine instead. She is now trapped in a cheer leading trophy. Here are the words to the spell:
Catherine: I shall look upon my enemy! I shall look upon her and the dark place will have her soul! Corsheth, take her!
Amy's Valentines Day Love Spell
This spell was used by Amy in "Bewitched, Bothered, Bewildered. She said that the spell required a personal item of the person that Xander wanted to fall in love with him. He got Cordy's necklace, but the spell backfired, and everyone EXCEPT Cordy fell in love with him. Here is the spell:
Amy: Diana... goddess of love and the hunt... I pray to thee. Let my cries bind the heart of Xander's beloved. (lowers the necklace into the brew) May she neither rest nor sleep until she submits to his will only. Diana, bring about this love and bless it.
Amy's Hecate Animal Transformation Spell
This spell was performed by Amy in "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered". She used it to trun Buffy into a rat. Here is the spell:
Amy: Goddess Hecate, work thy will. *The spell's energy revolves around her* Before thee let the unclean thing crawl! *Thrusts hands at Buffy*
Reversal Spell
This reversal spell is not used for anything specific, it is simply used to undo any part of a witch's magic. It was used in "The Witch" to reverse the bloodstone vengence spell and all the other spells Catherine Madison cast. Here it is:
Giles: The center is dark. Centrum est obscurus. The darkness breathes. Tenebrae respiratis. The listener hears. Hear me! Unlock the gate. Let the darkness shine. Cover us with holy fear. Show me.... Corsheth and Galeo! The gate is closed! Receive the dark! Release the unworthy! Take of mine energy and be sated! Be sated, release the unworthy! Release! Release! Release!
Reverse Transpossession
This is just a very short phrase shouted out by the crazy zoo keeper in "The Pack". It reverses a transpossession by an animal spirit. The people who are possessed must be standing on the sacred circle. Here is the spell:
" Yu baya sana!"
Reversal Spell for Animal Transformation
This spell was performed by Amy and Giles in "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered" to change Buffy back into a human. (She was turned into a rat) Here is the incantation:
Amy: Goddess of creatures great and small, I conjure thee to withdraw. Hecate, I hereby license thee to depart.
Love Spell Reversal
This spell was performed by Amy and Giles in "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered" to reverse the love spell that Amy and Xander had conjured. Here is the chant:
Giles: Diana, goddess of love, be gone.*Puts the herbs into the brew* Hear no more thy siren's song.
The Mangus Tripod Exorcism Chant
This was used in "I Only Have Eyes For You" in an attempt to trap an engraged spirit. To do this, one person chants at the "hot spot", the place where the bad energy is centered, and the other three chant at other places around the spot, foming a triangle that's supposed to bind the bad energy. Everyone had candles, and the last words are said by the person on the "hot spot".
Person 1: I shall confront and expel all evil Person 2: I shall (totally) confront and expel all evil. Person 3: Out of marrow and bone..... Person 4: Out of house and home....never to come here again.
Moloch's Binding Ritual
This ritual was first performed by monks in Italy in 1418. It required forming the sacred Cirlce of Kayless to bind the demon Moloch into a book. When Moloch was released into the internet in 1997, the English version of the ritual was performed by Giles and Jenny. Here it is:

Awakening Acathla
This ritual is used to awaken the demon Acathla. With one breath, Acathla will create a vortex, a whirlpool that will suck to world and all non-demon life in it into hell. The words of the ritual are recited, someone worthy spreads their own blood on their hand, and then pulls the sword out of the demon. The demon wakes up, and wackiness ensues. This ritual was first attempted by Angelus in "Becoming Part 1", however, it failed because of the fact that the blood on his hands was not his own. The second time the ritual was attempted, the blood was his own, and it was successful. Since the words used in "Becoming Part 1" differ from those used in "Becoming Part 2", both variations will be listed. here they are.
Variation 1

Angelus: I will drink... the blood will wash in me, over me, and I will be cleansed. I will be worthy to free Acathla. Bear witness... as I ascend... as I become. Everything that I am, everything that I have done, has led me here. I have strayed, I have been lost. But Acathla redeems me. With this act, we will be free.
Variation 2
*as seen in "Becoming Part 2"*
Angelus: Acathla... Mundatus sum... pro te necavi. Sanguinem meum... pro te effundam... quo me dignum... esse demonstrem.
English Translation
Acathla... I am cleansed... here before you. My blood... flowing before you... makes me worthy... as I demonstrate.
Angelus: Now Acathla....you will be free. And so will we all. *pulls sword out*
The Master's Sacred Words To the Vessel
These sacred words were spoken by the Master in "The Harvest". The words, along with the tattoo of the Master's blood being painted on the forehead of the Vessel, Luke, bind the Vessel and the Master together and allow their energy to flow as one .
Master: My blood is your blood. My soul is your soul.
Vessel: My body is your instrument.
*paints a three pointed star on his forehead*
Master: On this... most hallowed night... we are as one. Luke is the Vessel! Every soul he takes will feed me. And their souls will grant me the strength to free myself. Tonight I shall walk the Earth, and the stars themselves will hide!
The Spell to Revive the Master
This spell was used by a group of vampires that were attempting to reanimate the Master. The ritual requires the Master's bones, and requires the blood of those people who were physically nearest to him when he died. Here is the spell:
Absalom: Behold, these four mortals. Witnesses to our Master's wretched demise. They will breathe their last this night. The blood that pours from their throats will bring NEW LIFE to the old one. We gather for his resurrection. For the dawn of this new hell. For the old one. For his pain. For the dark.

Ritual to Transform Fire into Living Flame
This paticular incantation was used in the episode 'Revelations'. It's purpose is to immolate the Glove of Myhnegon, the only way to truly destory it.

English Translation
"Burn up, Flame of Life Burn out of your place of the elements Into this world of the living."
